A fun and kinky weekend of events has been planned including a Friday night Meet and Greet and Saturday demos and informational sessions, culminating in the Mr. New England Rubber contest on Saturday evening where the 2014 winner will be named. The contest will be held at the Paramount nightclub, part of the Crown & Anchor complex, with other events occurring at select venues. Full weekend passes are available for only $15 online or in person.
The winner of the contest will win a package of prizes, receive a rubber sash to wear during his title year, and will represent New England at the 18th Mr. International Rubber (MIR) contest in Chicago in October. Contestants will have a private interview with the judges, an on-stage question, demonstrate a fantasy sequence for the crowd, and show off their best rubber image.
Previous MNER winners have gone on to great success at the Mr. International Rubber contest, including the 2012 winner, Jason Lynch, taking home the title of MIR 16.
The weekend is open to everyone, regardless of gender, and the New England Rubber Men, the largest rubber community in New England, encourage anyone with a passing interest in rubber or fetish.
